 Doug Kirk Doug Kirk has thirty years of experience in the real estate industry including development, commercial and residential sales. As a former land developer and builder, Doug has a wide range of experience in the intricate areas of real estate. Over the years. Doug has been a consistent top producer in every award category at REMAX.  Paul Neufeld Paul Neufeld has been a licensed realtor since 2002. Prior to joining REMAX, Paul earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and was working in the financial services industry. Paul is Doug & Mikki’s son and has been involved in the family business since 1995. 
Wes Jones Wes Jones joined our real estate team in 2003 and has become an invaluable partner. Wes is a lifetime resident of Kelowna and graduate from Okanagan University College with his Business Diploma. Prior to attending OUC, Wes was employed at Western Star Trucks in Kelowna. Wes and Paul have been close friends since grade school and are life-long residents of Kelowna. Their broad contact base and knowledge of Kelowna has contributed to their amazing success. They are involved in all aspects of the residential real estate market including single family homes, condos, townhouses, lakeshore properties, building lots and acreagaes, new home construction and investment properties. Not only are they experts on Kelowna itself, they also have in depth knowledge of the communities surrounding Kelowna. Both Paul and Wes received the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Award in 2006. |
