Doug has a background in business, building and development; Mikki
taught high school in Southeast Asian prior to her career in real
estate. Both of us are graduates of UBC.<br>

We share 4 kids and 7 grandkids. Our experience in dealing with
people throughout the different stages of their lives has been most
rewarding.<br>

Paul Neufeld</b></font><br>

Paul, our son, is a licensed realtor with our team. He received his Diploma in
Business Administration at Okanagan University College in 1999 and graduated from
University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce in April 2002.
<p>He is out in the front lines, showing and listing property, doing open houses
and preparing market evaluations.</p>

Wes joined our team in January 2004. He is a licenced Realtor and has his Diploma
